Once we receive your reservation, our team will respond within 20-30 minutes via email to confirm the price and the 50% deposit payment required to secure your booking. The payment must be made via BACS, and please note that it is advised to complete the expiry window to guarantee your reservation.

Once the deposit has been successfully received, we’ll be notified instantly, and the status of your booking will update within seconds. The booking will change from a yellow 🔴 “pending” status to a blue 🔵 “confirmed” status on your reservation email. You can also track the status by clicking on “Ride Status” in Blue🔵, which will be highlighted in the email.
