Once we receive your reservation request, our team will respond within 20-30 minutes via email to confirm the price and the 50% deposit payment required to secure your booking.
The payment must be made via Bank Transfer, Please note that we recommend completing your deposit payment as soon as possible to secure your reservation and guarantee availability for your chosen date.
2. Reservation Confirmed

Once the deposit has been received, the status of your booking link will update within seconds, from a “pending” status to a “confirmed” status on your reservation email link.
You can also track the status by clicking on “Ride Status” in, which will be highlighted in the email.
3. Trip Day

On the day of your trip, your chauffeur will give you a call in the morning or you’ll receive a text from us to confirm your pick-up details. Once confirmed, sit back, relax, and enjoy your trip knowing that we’re here to provide a smooth, professional experience every step of the way.
